Meet our Designer

Ashish is a creative thinker and problem solver and is passionate about creating designs and workflows that instinctively appeal to the human brain.

After finishing his Masters in Architecture from SUNY Buffalo, he worked at a few DC/VA based architecture firms doing projects ranging from Potomac Mills mall, local churches, government buildings and high-end residential homes. It was during this phase, he fell in love with technology. That led him to explore the technology field resulting in leadership roles at several software companies, most recent as a tech executive, managing a 20 million dollar budget for a fintech unicorn in DC.

While he pursued his interests in the technology field, he kept his passion alive for architecture by doing independent design work, helping his friends and family navigate their home remodeling projects. Over the years, it became obvious that there is a real need for professional design help for homeowners, all without breaking the bank. That's when RARA Designz was born.

Currently, we offer whole house remodeling design services (basement/ kitchen/bath) including house extensions, additions and exterior spaces such as decks, patios, sunrooms and landscaping. We provide design consultations using aids such as 3D visualization, sketches and rendering. And lastly, we provide services including drafting, permit drawings, zoning analysis and U&O permit support.
